Step 3 is PRODUCTION: make sure you have at least good-enough quality, edit your video tightly so you don’t waste your audience’s time, and if possible, spice things up a bit with bullet points or lists, slides, and stock photos or video.
Step 4 is OPTIMIZATION: pick your titles and write your descriptions carefully so they have the right keywords - not too broad and not too competitive - so you’ll start ranking higher faster. Also, make sure you have great custom thumbnails showing the principal’s face and text that includes your keywords.
And Step 5 is PROMOTION: have your launch team ready to watch, like, and share your videos. Boost your videos with some paid ads for initial traction. And then, repurpose your video into a blog post and push through platforms like QuuuPromote or Outbrain for maximum impact.
